Please understand that I cannot give quotes for most work until there is a final design, not even a "ballpark" figure until the design in finalized. Ironwork is labor intensive and my prices reflect the amount of work required to produce each design.
For some work, site visits are necessary for design input, to see any original or period work, as well as for measurements.
It is also helpful for prospective clients to schedule a visit to my workshop to see materials, finishes and discuss details of the project.
When inquiring about work, please provide as much information as possible.
Helpful to the process:
· Rough measurements
· Images and ideas that have the look or feeling of what you want
· Budget
· Plans, blueprints or drawings
· Pictures of the site or setting
Hardware is finished with a clean, ready to paint surface - etched and hand brushed. Painting is available with many choices of colors and faux finishes. Powder coated paint finishes are also offered for exterior railings and gates, fire screens, furniture, etc.
Consultation and design time are billed at the shop rate. I can provide design services as part of the project or I can work with a designer of your choice.

A 50% deposit is required before work begins, balance is due upon completion of work. Prices as quoted are honored for 30 days.
